The place was comfortable modern and nicely designed and the staff were very efficient, the location was unbeatable convenient to public transport etc. Location: the hotel was short walk to good restaurants as well as the nice beach. Stopped by Pekarnica Klas Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's not too far from the venue, recommend. The food from the garden restaurant was good!

Hotel Lero is in a great location which is about 10-15min walk to the old city in Duborvnik or a short bus ride away. It's also close to some secluded bays and beaches which is a great option away from the tourists. If you arrive from the ferry or bus terminal it's only a 5min drive/bus ride away. There's a few nice restaurants and an awesome bakery near by too. The facilities at Hotel Lero are really good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is really good and pool is a nice option other than the beaches. Rooms are a good size and beds are really comfy.
The staff were a bit stand-offish, it felt like we were interupting them when we came to the front desk. They were helpful but it didnt feel like they wanted to help. When we first checked in we arrived before check in time & were happy to leave our bags in storage & lucky for us they had a room ready which had just been cleaned. We did book a double room but it was a twin room, it felt like they just wanted t put us in the first room that was ready, we went back downstairs & asked for a double room. There was one available went to the room & the room stunk like cigarettes, it was grose! We went down to the front desk & we told them & they said it was a fully non smoking hotel & they would change the room. We were happy to leave our luggage but we felt like we were in the wrong by asking to change rooms which we never have done before but we did request to book a double non smoking room.

This was an optimal selection for taking strolls in Dubrovnik with good value for cost. Our room was spacious and modern, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Bring your own water for dinner to save some cash when dining out.

The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable, and the room had a sea view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and our first impression of the hotel was very good. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the restaurant was large and welcoming, so there was no need to wait for tables to empty and no feeling of being rushed to leave. It was a 5-10 minute walk to a fairly empty small bay with good swimming.

It was relatively quite and spacious. It had a good breakfast.
First, there was a bad smell in the room, like the smell of animals. We had to pay more than agreed with Booked.nete, because the hotel staff recalculated the Booked.net bill in local currency (kuna) and than back in Euros! Other hotel guest had the same problem. They should have sticked to the amount stated at my Booked.net bill

The hotel was closely located from the old city. It was 20minutes walk distance. Bus stop is also easily reachable.
The performance was not good considering the cost. The twin room was allocated for me despite I booked double room.

Our first stay at the hotel was excellent with a very good breakfast.
When we left, we inquired about having the same room for our return a week later. We were informed that it was a deluxe room but they would accommodate us and reserve the same room upon our return. When we returned we given a room that was in another wing and not nearly as nice. It was a bad way to end our holiday and left us with a poor impression of the hotel.
